Jill Pierce founded CarterPierce, a leading recruiting firm targeting the finance industry, in 2005. Prior to founding CarterPierce, Jill was a Recruiter for Spencer Stuart where she was responsible for placing senior executives into top caliber firms in the Media and Entertainment Group. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Jill was employed by SG Partners where she was tasked with recruiting pre-MBA candidates for private equity fund and hedge fund positions. Jill graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
Adam Pierce is the founder and Managing Partner for Tenkara Capital Partners. Prior to founding Tenkara in 2020, Mr. Pierce was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management where he served as a senior investment professional in the Special Situations group.
Prior to joining Oaktree in 2003, Mr. Pierce worked for J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Pierce received a B.A. in economics with a focus on business administration from Vanderbilt University.
Howard is a Recruiter / Sales Executive with experience recruiting the most sought after talent in major markets around the country. He works with startups, high-growth and late stage clients to staff their Technology, Software, Data, Product, and Sales and Marketing teams. Prior to joining FILD in 2014 as a Director of Recruiting, Howard led high-performing sales and recruiting teams for multiple national recruiting firms. Howard now looks to leverage his experience with the launch of the FILD Search platform. Howard lives in the South Bay of Los Angeles, with his wife, two daughters and their dog Jaxson. Howard has his B.A. Degree from the University of Vermont.
Chris Pannone has been a recruiter for over 8 years, including nearly four years with FILD. He specializes in partnering with sales leaders of high growth SaaS organizations to help them identify and hire elite talent. Prior to joining the team, Chris spent four years executing searches across a variety of technical and sales roles in various sectors and verticals of IT. Chris has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado.
Branden Odell has been a recruiter for over 7 years, include over four years with FILD. Branden focuses on helping technical startups with their customer facing positions, including sales, marketing, customer success, & sales engineering roles. Prior to working in the recruiting industry, Branden worked in property management and hospitality. Branden has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Albany.
Ainur Lucas is a highly motivated and personable recruiter with experience in corporate, high-volume healthcare placements.
